Maybe you have a shiny digital camera and it doesn't get enough use. Maybe you like taking photos and want excuses. Maybe you want to show off. However you look at it, this community is a place for you to do just that.

At mybestsurprise, you can take photos of things and show them off to people who want to do the same. We have weekly challenges with a theme, then you take pictures to fit the theme and post them for all to see! You don't have to enter every challenge if one doesn't take your fancy, or doesn't apply to you, but you're certainly most welcome to if that is what you want!

Unlike communities like photographers, it's all about the subject of the photo rather than the quality - so it doesn't matter how much experience you have at photograpy, feel free to get snap happy!

Please don't advertise other communities in here. You can use community_promo for that. Every post made to the community should have include a photo that fits the theme.
